ARIZONA PROJECTS
Dollar Tree Distribution Center – Arizona
Glycol Bridge and HVAC skid foundation project completed for the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Arizona. The scope included the installation of 52 helical piles consisting of 44 pcs 5 9/16” piles and 8 pcs 2 7/8” piles. All piles were installed with flat heads and rebar connections to allow concrete to be poured over and tied into the foundation system. The deepest pile reached 34 feet, and the entire project was completed within one week.
Modular Building Foundation – Flagstaff
Helical pile foundation installation completed for a modular building project in Flagstaff. The project included the installation of 15 helical piles fitted with non-adjustable flat head plates. The average pile depth was approximately 10 feet. The installation was completed in one day, while projects of this type are typically completed within one to two days.
